Welcome to Cabo San Lucas Mexico

From May 10-17, 2008, we went to the tip of the Baja peninsula.  We stayed at Casa Dorada, which is part of the Resort de Hilton in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose right on the beach.  The resort was spectacular- the nicest any of us have ever stayed in.  There were attendants everywhere ready to help you with anything you needed.  Everything was decked out in marble and granite, and several infinity pools, cabanas, game room, and lounges provided plenty to do.  Our resort was located on one of the few swimmable beaches on the corridor, but there were also some rough waves and rocks near by that provided great scenery and adventure.  The service was impeccable- anything we asked for, we got.

On our trip we saw lots of cool wildlife.  We saw many sea lions, 2 whales, dozens of jumping stingrays, and some jelly fish.

I have tried to separate out the pictures into different sections so they are organized a little bit.  Enjoy!

A Quick Tour of Our Resort:
I would highly recommend staying here.  The stay was incredible and the resort was very well designed.  I have never been so pampered in my life.  The views were excellent, and there isn't a better location in the entire corridor.  Here are some pictures to give you an idea.

Lovers Beach
Lovers Beach is out between two giant rocks on Land's End.  It was a beautiful beach that had access to both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.  The Pacific side was much cooler and had very huge waves we played in.  It was a lot of fun playing on the rocks as well.
